As a single mom, I was pretty nervous and tense about the move. Mr. Orkun came by, took the inventory and explained everything to me in detail. He took his time for my request. Everything went great when we moved. A great team, friendly, on time, speedy and professional. Perfect Transporte stood out from the competition from the very first moment. Mr. Orkun took his time and all my concerns were discussed in detail. Nevertheless, I was nervous before the move, as I had had bad experiences with another company when I moved six years ago. Ms. Orkun knew how to calm me down in an exemplary manner.Mr. Orkun has many years of experience with constant further training, which he had proven in the implementation with his good team. I had a lot of designer furniture and large plants. Everything went smoothly and arrived at the new location in excellent condition. No damage, no scratches and the plants arrived safely. I would choose Perfect Transporte again immediately and can only recommend this company. Many thanks to the entire team for the excellent support.

Friendly, punctual, efficient, careful - I can use these keywords to describe the move with Perfect Transporte. Everything went smoothly, both in administration and on the day of the move. The furniture was carefully packed and then transported efficiently. Small jerks with heavy parts have NOT caused any damage. During cleaning there was a misunderstanding about the start time. After that, the work was carried out flawlessly with punctual delivery by very nice people. I would like to thank Perfect Transporte for their work and would recommend them as a relocation help.

Very good experience, from initial communication to actual work. They are a very responsive family business. We used the Basel location services. Mr and Mrs Orkun did a very good job. Mr Orkun participated in the move himself with two movers: I think a fourth person would have been helpful and probably they slightly miscalculated the time required for the move but overall an honest, good value for money and good quality company and very positive experience. Very hard working and committed. They deliver what they promised and also handled some very heavy and difficult to move furniture. I would definitely reuse them. Dorina Kotoni

We hired Perfect Transporte AG for our move in Kanton Zug (the movers were employed from the Baar location). The movers were careless and rushed, and broke a pair of brand new skis while moving a Schrank. The movers on the day admitted fault and agreed to file an insurance claim. Later, the manager (Deniz) refused to accept fault and denied that his workers admitted fault (which admittedly I don’t have any proof of). Really a sad, unprofessional and petty business.This wasn’t the only mistake the movers made - they dripped rusted water all across our newly refinished hardwood floors (even after we warned them the deck furniture was wet). Don’t hire these guys!!
